Ms. Schmal has been a partner with PWO since 2000. She specializes in insurance coverage matters, including declaratory relief, contract disputes, bad faith cases, policy drafting and interpretation, and class action litigation. She has tried numerous cases to verdict for insurers and insureds, and presides as an arbitrator over insurance disputes. Additionally, Ms. Schmal has extensive experience in the litigation of non-compete clauses within employment agreements. Ms. Schmal previously focused on insurance defense litigation and tried numerous matters to verdict.
