Ms. McHugh has been a partner at PWO since 2000. She previously focused on the litigation of insurance coverage issues, including bad faith claims, contract disputes and declaratory judgment actions, but has since returned to the courtroom to specialize in the defense of personal injury cases. Ms. McHugh has tried in excess of 50 personal injury cases. Additionally, Ms. McHugh serves as a chair-qualified arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County.
