Fields of Practice:

Mr. O’Halloran supervises PWO’s Chancery and Insurance Coverage teams and is a member of the Management Committee. He has many years of experience in policy drafting, interpretation, bad faith litigation, insurance coverage defense and declaratory judgments. Mr. O’Halloran has successfully defended insurance carriers in class action cases, and has served as an advisor regarding proposed and pending insurance legislation.
