Ms. Fleming serves as the supervisor of the Uninsured Motorist Claims team. She has been a partner and a member of the Management Committee since 1988. Ms. Fleming has litigation experience in personal injury, insurance defense and insurance coverage, and serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association as well as the Circuit Court of Cook, DuPage and Kane Counties.
