Fields of Practice:

Ms. Donnelly, supervises one of PWO’s five trial teams, chairs the Hiring Committee and is a member of the Management Committee. Ms. Donnelly practices civil litigation, specializing in insurance defense, trial practice, uninsured motorist and arbitration litigation. In her 20 years as a trial attorney, Ms. Donnelly has conducted more than 100 jury trials and has resolved countless matters through negotiation and settlement.

Publications and Presentations:

Ms. Donnelly has presented as a guest speaker for the Chicago Bar Association regarding arbitration practice and procedure.

Representative Cases:

Foushi v. Robinson, et. al. Ms. Donnelly represented Defendant Stanley Robinson, the driver of a vehicle who struck pedestrian Anthony Foushi, resulting in multiple fractures that required surgical intervention with fixation and resulted in permanent drop-foot, among other injuries. The jury returned its verdict for Defendant Robinson.

Bales v. Szostak Ms. Donnelley represented Defendant Barbara Szostak, the driver of a vehicle who struck pedestrian Bernie Bales as he was crossing the roadway. The impact resulted in Plaintiff Bales’ death. The jury returned its verdict for Defendant Szostak.

Weiner v. Hall and Hernandez Ms. Donnelley represented Defendant Chris Hernandez, the driver of a vehicle who struck Co-Defendant Clark Hall, resulting in the death of Plaintiff Cletus Keltner. The jury returned its verdict in favor of Defendant Hernandez.
